Good morning, our online congregation.

Our foundation this Thankful Thursday comes from Psalm 34:1

“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”

Notice the language. It does not say when life is easy. It does not say when prayers are answered quickly. It does not say when you feel strong. It says at all times.

That means praise is not based on conditions. It is based on decision.

Some of you are in a season where things are shifting, stretching, and challenging all at once. Responsibilities feel heavier. Answers seem slower. Emotions are closer to the surface than you would like to admit.

But David said, I will bless the Lord at all times. That means even in uncertainty, God is still worthy. Even in transition, God is still faithful. Even in the middle of the process, God is still good.

Thankfulness keeps your mouth aligned with Heaven when life tries to pull your words into fear, frustration, or complaint. When you choose gratitude, you are choosing agreement with God’s character over your current circumstances.

Praise reminds your soul who is in control. Praise reminds your spirit that this moment is not the end of the story. Praise reminds your heart that God has brought you through before and He will do it again.

You may not control every situation around you, but you can control what comes out of your mouth. And when praise stays in your mouth, peace starts to settle in your heart.

This Thankful Thursday is not about pretending everything is perfect. It is about declaring that God is still worthy in the middle of your real life.

You are still here. You are still covered. You are still carried by grace. That alone is reason to bless His name.

Father, we bless You this morning. We choose to praise You at all times. We thank You for keeping us, covering us, and carrying us through every season. Let thanksgiving silence fear and let praise strengthen our faith. Align our hearts with gratitude and our mouths with worship. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Go into this Thursday with praise on your lips and peace in your spirit. God is still moving, and you are still in His hands.
