Know Your Worth Wednesday

The Price That Was Paid For You

Beloved Kingdom citizens and members of our online congregation at Manifestation of His Glory Network, Inc., today I want to invite you to look at your worth through a Kingdom lens.

Many people talk about worth in terms of feelings, confidence, or affirmation. But in the Kingdom of God, worth is not defined by emotion. Worth is revealed by the price that was paid.

Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:20, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.”

That single verse carries more revelation than many of us pause to consider.

You were bought.

Not rescued cheaply. Not picked up casually. You were purchased with the precious blood of Jesus Christ. The Kingdom placed such value on your life that heaven paid the highest price possible to redeem you.

This means your worth was settled long before you ever questioned it.

The enemy tries to convince people that their value is connected to their past mistakes, their failures, or their current circumstances. But the Kingdom does not measure worth that way. In the Kingdom, worth is established by the King.

Consider what Jesus said in Matthew 10:29–31.

“Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.”

Most people read this passage as comfort, but if we read it as Kingdom citizens, we see something deeper. Jesus was revealing how detailed and intentional God's care is toward His creation.

If God watches over sparrows, how much more does He watch over you, who were created in His image and redeemed by His Son?

The Kingdom assigns value differently than the world.

The world measures worth by status, influence, appearance, and possessions. But the Kingdom measures worth by purpose and assignment.

You were not created just to exist. You were created to represent the King.

Second Corinthians 5:20 declares, “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ.”

An ambassador carries authority. An ambassador represents a government. An ambassador does not speak their own agenda. They speak on behalf of the Kingdom they serve.

When you understand your worth as a Kingdom ambassador, your perspective changes.

You stop shrinking in rooms where God placed you.

You stop questioning whether you belong where He has sent you.

You stop allowing the opinions of people to override the assignment of God.

Your worth is not rooted in applause. Your worth is rooted in assignment.

Even Jesus demonstrated this principle.

In Luke 4, after fasting forty days in the wilderness, the enemy tried to tempt Him by challenging His identity. “If thou be the Son of God…”

Notice the strategy. The enemy always attacks identity before assignment.

But Jesus did not respond emotionally. He responded with the Word.

Because when you know who you are in the Kingdom, you do not need to argue with every voice that tries to challenge your value.

You simply stand in truth.

This is why it is important for us, as Kingdom believers, to renew our minds with the Word of God. The Word does more than comfort us. The Word corrects us, strengthens us, and realigns our thinking with heaven’s perspective.

Romans 12:2 reminds us not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.

Transformation happens when we begin to see ourselves the way God sees us.

Today, I encourage you to reflect on this question.

Are you living like someone who knows the price that was paid for you?

Or are you still measuring your value by temporary things?

As Kingdom ambassadors, we are called to carry ourselves with humility, wisdom, and confidence that comes from knowing who we belong to.

When you know your worth in God, you stop chasing validation and start walking in purpose.

And when the people of God begin to walk in purpose, fruit follows.

John 15 reminds us that when we abide in Christ, we bear much fruit. That fruit is not only for our benefit, but for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

Here at Manifestation of His Glory Network, Inc., our desire is to see Kingdom citizens strengthened in the Word and equipped to walk in the fullness of what God has called them to do.

If this word has encouraged you today, I invite you to stay connected with our online congregation as we continue to release Kingdom truth and build faith through the Word of God.

As you move through this Know Your Worth Wednesday, remember this.

Your value was settled at the cross. Your identity is established in Christ. And your assignment is connected to the Kingdom.

Walk in it.
